- To use as a cold compress:Insert into a freezer safe plastic bag and place in your freezer for 30 minutes to 1 hour, remove from the bag and use where needed.
- To use as a hot compress:place in your microwave on short 10 second bursts, rotating between bursts, until desired temperature is achieved. Use where needed.
